Zero Refunds and Returns
Please note: Refunds requested during the pre-sale period may not be processed until the estimated April 2026 ship date, as we are using these funds to build-out our fulfillment pipeline.
General Return Policy
You must contact us before returning and/or shipping your item, either by responding to the order confirmation email we sent you or through the contact form on our website.
Products must be returned in new condition and shipped in the original packaging material via a guaranteed, trackable shipping service (UPS ground, FedEX ground) to qualify for a refund. We reserve the right to deny a return in the case of excessive wear or damage.
The return shipping method must include tracking and a declaration of the full value to protect against lost shipments. We are not responsible for any damages that may occur during shipping and/or transit throughout the return process.
All refunds will be subject to a 3% credit card transaction fee, deducted from the total refund amount. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and customs duties will not be refunded.
All refunded / returned products will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. We reserve the right to deny a return in the case of excessive wear or damage.
Once we have checked and verified returned items, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 10 days.
Zero comes with a 14-day guarantee (shipping fees not included).
If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us via email within 14 business days of receiving your order. After such time, all sales are considered final.
The Following Conditions Must Be Met
We strongly urge customers to select “signature required” during checkout to protect against package theft. If your product is lost in transit, we will file an insurance claim, however, because we are in pre-sale, we may not be able to ship out a replacement device immediately.
If your product is damaged due to shipping, please contact us as soon as you receive it. Do not remove any items, and keep the packaging as is. We may have to claim the damage with the shipping company. We advise everyone to check the items in the package once they receive their package.
