Shipping Information
Zero is currently in pre-sale and we plan on shipping devices in mid-March 2026. Please visit our release roadmap for up-to-date timing. We also encourage you to follow along on Instagram, and join our Discord for regular updates and discussions.
All orders (domestic and international) will be shipped via UPS and shipping rates are available on the shopping cart page at checkout.
Once your device is ready to ship, we will send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. This email may end up in your email's spam folder, so please check there if you have not received it by the estimated shipping date.
We cannot refund any shipping fees for orders that arrive late due to events out of our control, such as weather, acts of gods, war, delays by the shipping company or foreign entity, customs processing, incorrect shipping address entered at checkout, etc.

Domestic Orders
All US orders require signature confirmation upon delivery. We highly recommend signing up for a free UPS MyChoice account on their website to keep track of your shipment and any signature or delivery requirements through their online portal. UPS does not ship to PO boxes or APOs.
International Orders
Please note: For orders outside the US, there may be additional duties and taxes depending on the receiving country. VAT and other import taxes are not included in the final purchase price. These additional fees are the buyer's responsibility.
We recommend contacting your local customs office or legal authorities to confirm the applicable charges. Please note that customs clearance may cause delivery delays.
